-The Cartoon Contest is open to professional and amateur cartoonists from all over the world

-1 work in color or black and white, especially suitable for exhibition and online publication

-The work must be created independently, and it is not permitted to plagiarize or copy other people’s work for competition

-Please submit the digital file of entries to the initial selection:

Image format: JPEG format; A4 or A3 format J Jpg size Storage quality: 100-200dpi; file size: 30 x 40 cm Each email could send more than 2 images
