:Conditions

-The competition is open to anyone aged over 18

-The cartoons sent in must be original and not have been published before. All graphic techniques are allowed. Text is not allowed

-The cartoons are to be drawn on a solid paper of the following dimensions: 21 cm x 29,7 cm (DIN A4)

-Each entrant can provide as many cartoons as he/she sees fit

-The cartoonist’s name and address will be mentioned on the back of each cartoon

XILINGOL INTERNATIONAL CARTOON COMPETITION / 2017

Theme:

Green Grassland, Earth, Environment, Green Home

Conditions:

- Entries: At most 8 works

-The size of the works: A3 (420mm * 297mm). Digital works: The shortest side length 2480 pixel,300dpi, Size no more than 5MB.

-Technique and medium of works are unlimited. Any painting, Print making, Traditional Chinese Painting, Oil painting, Watercolor, Crafts art will be accepted.

-Artist should the original works. Please send electronic copy of your work to the following email address:  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .After your works was selected, the committee will notify you, send your original works mail to the committee, to participate in the final awards.

- Works  have been awarded in other contests previously will not accepted.

-Author's resume and photo (entry-form and biography) should be submitted with entries together. First name, Last name, Address, Email, Telephone number should be written on the reverse side of the works.

-Authors should have full copyright and be responsible for all the legal responsibilities related to the productions copyright.

-Organizer will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during postage and handling.

-After your works was selected, the committee will notify you, send your original works mail to the committee, to participate in the final awards.

-Some of accepted works will be printed in a brochure, on posters, in the world press or other printed matter for the purpose of publicizing the exhibition without additional information and cost.

-Remark: the works will not be returned.

-All the copyrights are reserved by the authors. Host unit may use some works on web site and other media for spreading competition and artists.

-Participation in the contest means the complete acceptance of all the above conditions and agreements with jury's decision.

Conditions:

1. Each author can send at maximum five original works, including graphic techniques. 
2. The competition is open to everyone. It is not restricted in terms of artistic design methods. 
3. The format of the works should not exceed the size A3. 
4. The competition is no n­anonymous. Each work should be signed on the back and bear the author's full address. 
5. Submitted works will be not returned to the author and will become the property of the MsKS Nove Mesto nad Vahom.
