Raise awareness about the importance of children’s rights, such as education, health, and protection from violence, and promote a more just and equal world for all children.
-Caricature Section: Satirical Portrait of Javiera Londoño Zapata
Forerunner of Liberty. Symbol of love and humanism. A woman who, in the mid-18th century, became an undisputed pioneer in the liberation of slaves in Colombia.

-Caricature Section:

-General:
National and foreign juries.
-Artists agree to the competition rules and decisions of the jury
Entries that do not comply with the rules will be disqualified
-Submitted works remain with the organizers and may be used for exhibitions or promotional purposes (web, print, media, etc.) without additional permission or compensation
-Jury members will be honorary participants in the exhibition only (not eligible for prizes)
