Conditions:
-Submissions from professional and amateur artists are accepted
-Children’s works (+6) are accepted (the exhibition will feature a children’s section)
-The number of drawings accepted for consideration by one participant is unlimited
-Competition entries must be submitted in A4 format
-Drawing techniques are free
-Collages and computer graphics are accepted
-An email containing a competition entry sent to n-chern@bk.ru constitutes an application for participation in the Competition
-Competition entries must be submitted electronically in JPG format, no larger than 3 MB, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi
-Attention!
Each entry must be signed!
-(Include the following in the file: last name, first name, country, category!!! = Nikolay Chernyshev — Russia — A)
-Each email must include brief information about the entry’s author: last name, first name, age, telephone number, postal and email (contact) address, photo (caricature), and a short CV
-Evaluation Criteria:
-relevance to the theme,
-original approach to the theme, creative individuality,
-execution technique
-Copyright infringement is prohibited.
-Correspondence with authors is available at: n-chern@bk.ru
-In case of violation of the Contest Terms and Conditions, cartoons will be disqualified from the competition without explanation
-Participants’ cartoons may be used by the contest organizers for exhibitions, publications in the media, promotion of cartoon contests, and the website
-Submission of works to the contest constitutes the author’s agreement to these terms and conditions
Prizes:
-Contest winners will be awarded honorary diplomas
-Special art prizes will be awarded from the Cranberry Club cartoon museum
-Participants will receive an electronic certificate and a booklet (brochure)
