Theme:
Protecting cultural heritage is everyone’s duty
the entries should be dedicated to raising the public’s awareness of cultural heritage protection and promoting the return of traditional culture
Conditions:
-For cartoonists from countries and regions around the world. The main form of the works shall be single cartoons and four-grid cartoons.
-The entries shall have distinct insights, artistic values and senses of humor. Entries shouldn’t contain any content prohibited by Chinese laws and regulations, and the entries shall have independent intellectual property rights
-The entries must be created after January 2024, and must be unpublished and have not participated in other competitions. If repeated submissions are found, the author will be banned from this competition for two years, and the certificate of prize & award will be withdrawn
-Format of the work: the picture size shall be A3 (420×297mm), and the resolution shall be no less than 300 dpi. The title of the work, the name of the author, contact number, email address and contact address should be noted at the bottom of the work
-The organizer of the competition has but not only has the following rights to use all the entries: publishing, issuing, disseminating and displaying in any form, and publishing, issuing and displaying the winning works
-There is no limit to the number of works submitted by each person
-The entries and application forms should be submitted as attachments
Prizes:
1 Grand Prize: 20,000 RMB
1 Gold Prize: 5,000 RMB
5 Silver Prize: 2,000 RMB
10 Bronze Prize: 300 RMB
The organizer will pay individual income tax for the winners according to the Individual Income Tax Law
