Caricature : Environmentalists
The 4th edition of the SIHG-PE invites artists worldwide to use humor as a tool for raising environmental awareness. Through the theme “Planet for All,” artists are encouraged to highlight environmental issues, using creativity and critical humor
The caricature category pays tribute to notable environmentalists such as Greta Thunberg, Chico Mendes, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jane Fonda, Jacques Cousteau, Marina Silva, and others, celebrating their efforts in protecting the planet
Conditions:
-Open to all professional and amateur graphic artists of any nationality.
-Each participant may submit up to two (2) works per category (cartoon, caricature, and comic strips)
-Submitted works must not have received previous awards
-Works generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) are not accepted
-Individuals involved with the event’s organization, judging, or production, and their relatives up to the second degree, are not eligible
-Format: A3 (297 mm × 420 mm), portrait or landscape
-Resolution: JPEG, 300 DPI
-For comics: 1 to 4 pages
-All works must be original and must not infringe any third-party rights
-Registration exclusively via the website: www.sihgpe.org
-A separate registration form must be filled for each category
-Confirmation will be sent via email after successful submission

1st Prize: R$ 7,000 BRL + Trophy
2nd Prize: R$ 3,000 BRL + Trophy
Honorable Mention: Certificate
Caricature Category (Environmentalists)
