-Professional or amateur cartoonists (from 18 years of age) can participate, from local, from other states and abroad, of Brazilian or foreign nationality

-Each participant can compete with up to two unpublished or already published drawings

-The works must be sent in A3 format (297mm X 420mm)

horizontal or vertical, in PDF, in high resolution
