the Kurdish novelist whose novels have been translated into 50 languages of the world and the only Kurdish writer to be nominated for the Nobel Prize. 45
Conditions:
-Cartoonists can participate in two works
-Artwork must be in A3 size at 300dpi in pdf format
-The work must be new and has not been published before, or has not participated in any competition or festival
-Any work that does not meet the requirements will be disqualified from the competition
Prizes:
1st Prize: $500
2nd Prize: $300
3rd Prize: $200
