Conditions:
-All artists who draw freehand are invited to participate
-Registration is free
-Participants must register with works of their own authorship, from a minimum size of A4 (21 x 29.7cm) to A3 size (29.7 x 42cm)
-All works must be ORIGINAL and UNRELEASED
-in JPEG files with a minimum size of A4 to A3, with 300dpi. E-mails from each artist with registered works must be sent only once, so that folders are not duplicated, facilitating the organization, selection and awarding of works
-IF THE REGULATIONS ARE NOT COMPLETELY FOLLOWED, THE DESIGNS CANNOT BE SELECTED AND AWARDED

-NOTE: Up to 3 works can be sent for each of the 4 (four) categories, totaling a maximum of 12 works per artist

-For winners in each of the 4 (four) Categories – CARICATURE, CARTOON, CHARGE and COMICS – we will have prizes worth R$ 300.00 (three hundred reais)
-Prizes will be paid via bank deposit or remittance abroad, minus the operator’s shipping fee. We will also have Digital Certificates for the 4 (four) award-winning artists selected by our Judging Committee that will be sent by email. Trophies will be sent by post. In addition to the winners, we will include another 10 (ten) artists with Honorable Mentions who will receive Digital Certificates sent by email. Those selected and awarded will be announced and published on our Blog and Facebook, by September 2024
-EXHIBITION
The 100 selected works will be exhibited in September 2024, in our permanent virtual exhibition on the “Editora O PIU” blog – www.jornalopiu.blospot.com – in addition to the itinerant physical exhibition promoted by the Municipal Department of Culture of Limeira from 01 to 31 October 2024, at prominent points in the city.
All registered works will be considered acquisitive by “Editora O PIU”. Possession, use and any other rights over these works will belong to “Editora O PIU”, which reserves the right to use them as it sees fit. Simple registration constitutes automatic and full agreement by the participant with these Regulations
