The International Smiling City Contest/Romania 2024

Smiling City
Conditions:
-The participants must submit 1 (one) satirical graphic work
-The cartoon must be created after the 1st of January 2024, and it must be unpublished and unrewarded within other contests
-The works will not be given back to their owners, as they are part of the heritage of the International Festival for Satirical Graphics and Humorous Literature „Umor la … Gura Humorului” and the organizers reserve the right to use them in later edited materials
-Together with the work, we are asking you to send us the following:
· Last name, First name
· Address
· Telephone number
· E-mail address
· Name of the work (optional)
