Conditions:
-All persons over the age of 16 can participate in this event
-Anyone who participates in the event agrees to the terms and conditions of the regulations and the decisions of the jury
-Participation is free
-A cartoon can consist of a single image or take the form of a short comic strip. No moving images are allowed
-All graphic and photographic techniques are permitted
-The submitted works may already have been published or exhibited
-The entrant remains responsible for the originality of his works
-Discussions and any claims regarding all forms of plagiarism, etc., are the responsibility of the submitter
-Publication rightBy participating the cartoonist agrees that the submitted cartoons will be used for an exhibition, video recordings and distribution via Humorratatata ‘s publications & social media
-All works, including award-winning works, remain the property of the organizers and will not be returned
