-Participation in the contest is free of charge and is opened to all adults caricaturists/cartoonists
-in A4 vertical format, with the execution technique and artistic style most congenial to them
-The entry, in digital format JPG, TFF, PDF, at minimun resolution of 300 dpi
-The duly completed and signed registration form shall also be sent together with the digital file entry
