aged 18 and above. The competition is opened worldwide
All artworks to be prepared at 300 dpi
Size A3 (297mmx420mm) in JPEG format
Entries: Max. 3 cartoons
Submitted works can be in colour or black and white, in any style or technique
Submitted works must not violate copyright laws

Prizes:
All participants whose works will be exhibited will receive a digital catalogue and a digital certificate of participation.
First prize : RM1,500.00
Second prize : RM1,200.00
Third prize: RM1, 000.00
3 x Consolation Prizes: RM 500
