-Original, Minimum A4 (210x297 mm), Maximum A3 (297x420 mm), all drawing techniques (it's allowed to use computer techniques)

- you must send your short biography, address, contact telephone and e-mail address

-Caricatures can be send by post, but also by e-mail in JPG form (resolution of 300 dpi and a maximum size of 4 MB)
