The competition is open to all artists

Each participant can send 2 Cartoons + ( C.V+ Photo)

A4 (30X21 cm) , 200 dpi, JPG/JPEG and free techniques

Prizes:

All selected cartoonists ,will be awarded certificate + album(PDF)
