International Caricature Competition in Memory of P. V. Narasimha RAO 2020 Telangana india ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Theme:

Caricature of P. V. Narasimha Rao

Conditions:

Can be sent in black and white or colour

Paper should be in A4 size and scanned with a proper scanner

In digital format the drawing should be of 2480x3508 pixel dimensions and about 150 or 300 DPI

 If the drawing is in large size then adjust it to fit in the above mentioned size

Anyone can participate in this competition

There is no age limit

Prizes:

There will be cash prize for first, second and third prize winners, also participation certificates will be provided to all participants
