Only unpublished works are considered

A short CV, address, telephone and e-mail address of the author are required

Submitted written works exclusively under code and mail in three (3) copies

CARTOONS should be sent by post or in digital form (to a mailing address), in JPG format, 300 dpi resolution and a maximum size of 4 MB, indicating that selected authors must send original cartoons

Computer-generated cartoons sent in A4 format and signed manually with No1
