-The competition is open to cartoonists worldwide
-Each participant may submit up to 5 works for each theme
-Cartoons may be in black and white or color
-Preferred size: 210 × 297 mm (A4)
-Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
-Accepted file formats: JPEG, TIFF, PNG
-Entries must be submitted by e-mail.
