Portraits of Cartoonist Ali Şur
Ali Şur was born in 1966. His first cartoon was published in the “Gırgır” magazine. He has received national and international awards. He has served as a juror in national and international competitions.
He has been drawing portrait caricatures of tourists in Bodrum, a tourist region of Türkiye, for a long time. He has reached thousands of people internationally with his unique style of caricature and portraiture.
With this competition, we wanted to honor Ali Şur by drawing him for his contributions to caricature
Conditions:
-The competition is organized on an international scale and has a single category; it is open to all cartoonists, amateur and professional
-Drawing technique is free. Cartoons must be in jpg format with a resolution of 300 dpi
-Cartoon dimensions should be A4 (21 x 29.7 cm).
-The participant will be responsible for any possible disputes, plagiarism, and similar allegations
-Participants must also send their full name, address, telephone number, and email address along with their cartoons
– Works submitted after the specified date will be considered as non-competition entries
-Selected cartoons will be published as a “Special Issue” in Tebeşir Cartoon Magazine, and those whose works are published will be sent an interactive PDF version.
-Participants may submit as many cartoons as they wish.
-Those whose works are featured in the journal will receive an electronic “Certificate of Honor”.
-All participants who submit their works to the competition are deemed to have accepted the above condition
