Conditions:
-The competition is open to all Indian cartoonists
-Participants can send a maximum of three political cartoons first published in the Newspapers,Magazines,News portals/websits between January 1 and December 31, 2017
-cartoons published in regional languages shouId be accompanied by an English translation of the text
-the date and the name of the publication in which the cartoon has appeared shouId be furnished
