-Caricature Baldomero Sanín Cano, Colombian writer, essayist and journalist

Conditions:
-The contest is opened to all the cartoonist in the world
-Each participant can send up to three cartoons per category.
-You may participate with cartoons in black and white or color.
-The cartoons must be up to 30 x 40 centimeters.
-You may participate with cartoons that have already been published or awarded before.
-All cartoons must be originals (handmade), we will not accept printings, photographs,
copies, etc. and the candidate is responsible of shipping.
-Candidates must send a brief curriculum vitae (CV) and a picture next to its works.
-The back of each cartoon must have: name and last names, address, telephone number and country of origin.
