-The target of the competition is all authors of any nationality who have reached the age of 15 at the expiration date (20 September 2017) of the delivery of the works..
-It is open to all: Artists, illustrators, cartooning, students.
-Section 1: Application of unpublished works by individual or collective authors.
-Section 2: Reporting of edited and / or public works by authors, publishers or other third parties (individuals or entities linked or unrelated to the aforementioned works).
