-The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world, over the age of 12, regardless of nationality, religion, gender and education
-Only the original artworks (up to 8 every topic) in digital
-Digital works (A3, up to 300 dpi, JPEG/JPG or PNG, the maximum length per one artworks 6 MB) with personal information – name, address, e-mail, photo and brief CV (.doc format) should be sent
