Gambling addiction is not merely a personal issue; it poses a broader public health concern. In light of this, the theme for this year’s International Green Crescent Cartoon Contest is “One Person Gambles, Everyone Loses”, aimed at raising awareness and engaging young people worldwide in addiction prevention efforts.
As part of this theme, we invite cartoonists to create humorous yet impactful illustrations that underscore the crucial role of family and community in preventing gambling addiction. The aim is to demonstrate that gambling addiction affects not only individuals but society as a whole. These cartoons should convey a strong, compelling message about the far-reaching and harmful consequences of addiction, highlighting its broad societal impact
