Conditions:

 -The competition is open to all artists

 -The cartoons sent to the competition may have already been published. However, it should not have been awarded in another contest

 -The original or printable 300 dpi can also be accepted

 -The dimensions of the caricatures to be sent are at most 30x40 cm

 -Participants must write their name, surname, address, e-mail, country and phone number in capital letters behind their work; should put a brief biography into the envelope

Prizes:

First Prize: 7.500,00 TL
Second Prize: 5.000,00 TL
Third Prize:  3.000,00 TL
Other Special Awards
