International cartoon competition of the "Festival of New Year's cartoons"

 - Participants:
1. Adult section:
Professional artists and amateurs
2. Children's section:
Participants of the Contest can be children under the age of 16
The contest in the children's section is held in three age groups:
up to 9 years
10 to 12 years
from 13 to 16 years

 -The number of drawings accepted for consideration from one participant is unlimited

 -The format of works to be submitted for the competition: A4

 -The technique of drawing is free

 -The contest drawing is submitted in electronic form in JPG format with the volume not exceeding 3MV, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi

 -Each letter should be accompanied by brief information about the author of the contest drawing: surname and name, age of the participant, telephone, postal and electronic (contact) address, short resume of the author
